Shipping Policy

After placing your customization order, you will receive instructions for shipping your Birkenstocks to Glory’s Outpost.

Once your shoes are received, my typical turnaround time is 1-3 weeks. During busy seasons, turnaround times may be longer. If any delays occur, I will keep you informed!

After your custom artwork is complete, your Birkenstocks will be carefully packaged and shipped back to you. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for shipping their shoes to Glory’s Outpost. Customers are responsible for the shipment until it arrives at Glory’s Outpost.

Glory’s Outpost is not responsible for shipping delays. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit after customization, please contact me promptly and I will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue!
