Liability & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for purchasing authentic Birkenstock or Bedrock sandals and shipping them safely to Glory’s Outpost for customization.

Glory’s Outpost is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged before they are delivered to our workshop.

Once your shoes have been received, they will be handled with great care throughout the customization process. Because every design is created entirely by hand, slight variations are a natural part of handmade artwork and make each pair unique.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that customization permanently alters your footwear and cannot be reversed.
