Returns, Cancellations & Customer Responsibility

Every pair of Birkenstocks customized by Glory’s Outpost is handcrafted specifically for the individual customer. Because each design is custom-made and permanently applied to the leather, all sales are final.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing. Customers are responsible for:

• Purchasing and sending the correct Birkenstock model, size, color, and width.
• Providing clear and accurate design requests.
• Reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order.

Once customization has begun, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

If the wrong Birkenstocks are sent or the design instructions are unclear, Glory’s Outpost is not responsible for replacing the footwear or remaking the design. If there is any uncertainty about your request before work begins, I may contact you for clarification.

My goal is to create artwork you’ll love, so I encourage you to take your time when selecting your shoes and describing your vision!
